The Maggi protein diet is one of the most effective nutritional systems, providing either an egg or cottage cheese menu. The weight loss process takes 4 weeks, but previously this program consisted of a two-week course and was compiled specifically for the Prime Minister of England, Margaret Thatcher. What foods should be consumed during the diet and which should be discarded? What are the rules to follow and who is contraindicated in such a food system? And a detailed menu for 4 weeks.
What is Maggi's diet?
The Maggi diet provides foods that the body consumes more energy (calories) to digest, allowing it to actively burn excess fat. And despite the fact that such a weight loss system is low in calories, the body does not suffer from a lack of nutrients, as the menu contains all the vitamins and trace elements necessary for human life. However, Maggi’s journey is quite tough and not for everyone.
The rules of the Maggi diet
The following rules must be observed throughout the weight loss period:

If all the prescribed rules are followed (without disturbing harmful products), you can achieve good results, ie you can lose an average of 10-12 kg. And this is a great incentive to endure the "test" to the end. However, weight can get stuck at any number due to a genetic predisposition to obesity or hormonal disorders in the body.

- In case of allergy to eggs, cottage cheese and citrus fruits.
- Sharp pressure surges (both up and down).
